1. These terms
These terms apply when you buy The AI Builder Blueprint — Claude Code Edition ("the product") from Terminal to Tool. By completing a purchase you accept these terms. Please read them, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, before you buy.
2. What the product is
The product is a downloadable set of educational files: a beginner guide in PDF format, six worksheets and checklists, a library of twenty prompts, and two worked example projects. It is delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
The product teaches a method for planning, building, debugging and testing a small software project. It does not build anything for you, and it does not include any software that runs on your behalf.
3. Price and payment
The price is £39 as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is taken by our payment provider at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery
Access to the files is provided immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive access, contact Helpdesk4terminal@outlook.com and we will put it right.
5. What you need to supply yourself
The product does not include access to Claude Code, and no such access is sold here. You need your own access, along with a computer and an internet connection. Any cost of using Claude Code is separate and is a matter between you and Anthropic.
6. Licence
One purchase grants a licence to one person. You may:
- use the files for your own personal and business projects;
- edit, adapt and fill in the templates, worksheets and checklists for your own use;
- keep copies for backup on devices you use yourself.
You may not:
- resell the product, in whole or in part;
- share, give away, lend or send the files to anyone else;
- upload the files anywhere others can download them;
- claim the product, or any part of it, as your own work;
- repackage or rewrite the files and sell them as a new product.
Anything you build by following the product belongs entirely to you. You owe us no share of it and need no permission to use it.
7. Intellectual property
Copyright in the product and in every file included with it remains with Terminal to Tool. Buying the product gives you the right to use it under these terms. It does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
8. What we do not promise
The product is educational. We do not guarantee any particular result, standard of work, income or other outcome. What you get out of it depends on your idea, your effort and the time you put in.
AI coding tools make mistakes. They can write code that does not work, misunderstand what you asked for, or produce something that looks correct but behaves incorrectly. You are responsible for your own project, including reviewing every change before you accept it, testing your work, and checking the security of anything you publish or share.
The product is not financial, medical, legal or any other kind of professional advice.
9. Your responsibilities
You agree not to put passwords, API keys, real bank details, medical information, employer information or other people's personal details into projects, prompts or version history while following this product. Use invented or non-sensitive information instead.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss, damage or cost caused by misuse of the product, by ignoring its instructions and warnings, or by anything you choose to build, publish or share after reading it.
11. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. See the Refund Policy for how this works with digital downloads.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your purchase, and changes do not apply retrospectively to orders already placed.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to Helpdesk4terminal@outlook.com. Business correspondence address available on request.
