Before you buy
Not sure whether the Blueprint suits you? Ask before purchasing rather than after. The who it is for and expectations sections cover most questions.
Problems with your download
If you paid but cannot access your files, or a file will not open, tell us and we will put it right. See the refund policy.
Refund requests
Email from the address you used to buy, with your order reference and a short note on what went wrong. Full details on the refund page.
Privacy and your data
To ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected or deleted, see the privacy policy and email us.
What we cannot help with
- Claude Code accounts, billing or access. We are an independent educational product and have no connection to Anthropic. Please contact Anthropic directly about their products.
- Writing or debugging your project for you. The Blueprint teaches you a method to do this yourself. We cannot review individual projects or code.
- Professional advice. Nothing we send is financial, medical, legal or any other kind of professional advice.
Please do not send us private information. Never include passwords, API keys, access tokens, bank details, medical information or other people's personal details in an email to us. If you need to show us a problem, remove or replace anything sensitive first.
