1. Who we are

Terminal to Tool sells The AI Builder Blueprint — Claude Code Edition as a downloadable digital product. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Terminal to Tool.

2. What information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• Order information. When you buy the product, our payment provider collects your name, email address, billing details and the country you are buying from, and passes us the information we need to fulfil and record the order.
• Payment details. Card numbers are handled entirely by our payment provider. We do not see, receive or store full card details at any point.
• Correspondence. If you email us, we keep that message and our reply so we can deal with your question and any follow-up.

This website does not use tracking scripts, advertising pixels or analytics cookies.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To deliver what you bought and give you access to your files — necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To answer your questions and provide support — necessary to perform our contract with you, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• To keep accounting and tax records — necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
• To handle refund requests and disputes — necessary to perform our contract and to comply with consumer law.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only so far as they need it:

• Our payment provider, to take payment and handle refunds and chargebacks.
• Our file hosting or delivery provider, to give you access to your download.
• Our email provider, so we can correspond with you.
• Our accountant or tax authority, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Correspondence is kept only for as long as it is useful for support, and is then deleted.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete information we no longer have a good reason to keep;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• send a copy to you or another provider in a portable format;
• withdraw consent, where we relied on consent.

To exercise any of these, email Helpdesk4terminal@outlook.com. We will respond within the period the law allows. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. If you are elsewhere, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

This site is built as static HTML and CSS. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no tracking or analytics scripts. If a payment page is added or embedded later, our payment provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary to process your payment.

8. Keeping information secure

We use reputable providers and limit access to personal information to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send us passwords, API keys or sensitive personal details by email.

9. Children

This product is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be described here so you can see what changed.
