The AI Builder Blueprint — Claude Code Edition

Most beginners do not get stuck because they cannot write code. They get stuck because they do not know what to ask for, how much to ask for at once, or how to tell whether the answer they were given is any good.

The Blueprint is a written system that removes those three problems. It gives you a fixed order to work in, a worksheet for each stage, and the exact wording to use when you talk to Claude Code.

The method is deliberately narrow. You choose one small idea and score it honestly. You cut it down until it is genuinely buildable. You write a specification so that both you and Claude Code know what finished means before any code is written.

Then you build one feature at a time, checking each one before moving on, and saving every working version so a bad change costs you minutes rather than days.

Three habits run through the whole product: do one thing at a time, look before you change, and save whatever works. They are the difference between a project that finishes and one that quietly falls apart in week two.

Everything is written in plain English, with no assumption that you have built anything before.

Who the Blueprint is for

It is a good fit if

  • You are a complete beginner who wants to build something small and useful, and actually finish it.
  • You have tried building with an AI tool, made a promising start, then watched the project fall apart.
  • You can describe a problem clearly but have never written a specification.
  • You keep starting projects that are too large and abandoning them.
  • You prefer a written system you can print, work through and keep.
  • You are willing to review what an AI tool produces rather than accept it unread.

It is not for you if

  • You are an experienced developer. You will already know most of this.
  • You are looking for a way to make money quickly. This teaches a building process and makes no promise about income.
  • You want a finished application handed to you. You do the work.
  • You want to skip planning and start building immediately.
  • You are unwilling to read and check the code an AI tool writes.
  • You want to build something holding real medical, banking or other people's private information. That is the wrong first project.

How the Blueprint works

Six stages, worked in order. Each one has a worksheet to fill in and prompts to copy, so you always know what to do next.

01

Score the idea

Answer eight questions about your idea and total the score. A low score now saves you weeks later, so you find out early if the idea is too big.

02

Cut it down

Reduce the idea to three features that a single user journey cannot happen without. Everything else goes on a "not yet" list.

03

Write the specification

Turn the plan into a written brief covering the user journey, inputs, outputs, acceptance criteria and the error messages you want.

04

Set the ground rules

Create a CLAUDE.md file so Claude Code starts every session knowing your project, your rules and what "done" means, without you repeating yourself.

05

Build one feature at a time

Inspect before changing, plan the feature, build it, then check the work yourself and stop at a working point before starting the next one.

06

Debug, test and save

Follow a fixed order when something breaks, test the whole journey including bad inputs, and save each working version with Git.

Important expectations

Please read this before you buy. We would rather you skip this product than buy it expecting something it does not do.

  • You need your own Claude Code access. It is not included in the price and is not supplied with this product. You will also need a computer, an internet connection and a simple project idea.
  • Claude Code makes mistakes. It sometimes writes code that does not work, misunderstands what you asked for, or produces something that looks correct but behaves incorrectly. This is normal and expected.
  • You must review every change before you accept it. The templates show you how. The product cannot do this part for you.
  • Debugging is part of building. Things will break. That is not a sign you have failed, and there is a checklist for exactly this.
  • No result is guaranteed. What you get out of this depends on your idea, your effort and the time you put in. Nothing here promises a finished project, a particular standard of work, income, or any other outcome.
  • This is a written product. There are no videos, and none are planned as part of this purchase.
  • How long it takes is up to you. The guide is designed to be worked through in order over several sessions, not read in one sitting.
  • One purchase is for one person. If a colleague or friend wants to use it, they will need their own copy.

On your data. Never put passwords, API keys, real bank details, medical information or other people's personal details into your project, your prompts or your version history. Use invented data instead. Every template in the product repeats this rule, because it is the mistake that causes the most harm and is hardest to undo.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need coding experience?

No. The product is written for people who have never built anything before. You follow the worksheets in order, copy the prompts, and build one small feature at a time. You do need to be willing to read what the AI tool produces and check it, but you do not need to be able to write code from scratch.

Do I need my own Claude Code access, and is it included in the price?

You need your own access, and it is not included. The £39 covers the guide, worksheets, prompts and examples only. Any cost of using Claude Code is separate and is a matter between you and Anthropic.

What format are the files in, and how do I open them?

The guide is a PDF, formatted for A4 so you can print it if you prefer working on paper. Everything else is plain text, which opens in any text editor on Windows, macOS or Linux. Nothing needs special software, and there is nothing to install.

Does the product include videos or a live course?

No. This is a written product, and there are no videos included in this purchase. If you learn better from watching than reading, this may not suit you.

Can I share the files with a friend or use them across my team?

No. One purchase gives a licence to one person. The files may not be shared, resold or uploaded anywhere others can download them. If you want to use the product across a team, please buy one copy for each person who will use it. Anything you build by following the product belongs entirely to you.

What if the product is not right for me?

Please read the refund policy before you buy. It explains how refunds are handled for instantly delivered digital files, and confirms that your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
